  • Branch Manager – South Hadley

    Serves the public and promote good customer relations reflecting the Bank’s community image.  Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.  Plans, organizes and manages the activities of assigned branch in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Qualifications include an associate’s degree or its equivalent in retail management course work and related training.  At least five years in branch supervision or equivalent, relevant experience. Excellent management, customer service, sales/business development and problem-solving skills

  • HMDA & Loan Quality Control Specialist

    This position is responsible for all aspects of collecting Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (“HMDA”) data from start to finish relating to applicable residential and commercial loan applications. The individual performs final preparation and submission of HMDA Data into Ncontracts software and works with AVP Mortgage Operations to submit the Loan/Application Register (LAR) to the CFPB.  Reviews closed and adverse action loan files for Quality Control. Works in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. Qualifications include an associate’s degree or its equivalent in relevant experience. Minimum of two years working with residential or commercial loans. Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, regulatory compliance, and mortgage application process.
