  • Security and Facilities Associate

    Performs a wide variety of administrative, research and other support and clerical duties in support of security, facilities and purchasing, in conformance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required. Must be able to use various office equipment and Microsoft Office applications. Travel to various bank locations required.

  • Branch Manager – Amherst

    Serves the public and promote good customer relations reflecting the Bank’s community image.  Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.  Plans, organizes and manages the activities of assigned branch in conformance with established Bank strategies, policies and procedures. Qualifications include an associate’s degree or its equivalent in retail management course work and related training.  At least five years in branch supervision or equivalent, relevant experience. Excellent management, customer service, sales/business development and problem-solving skills. Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 depending on experience.

  • Head Teller – South Hadley

    Serves the public and promote good customer relations reflecting the Bank’s community image.  Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.  Processes a wide variety of transactions and sell products and services to service customers in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures.  Provides guidance to and oversees the teller line. Hish School Diploma or equivalent plus specialized course work in retail sales. At least two years of teller or related customer service experience. Wage Range: $21.50 – $24.00 per hour.
