Harlin Glovacki Graduates from New England School for Financial Studies
Greenfield Cooperative Bank is proud to congratulate Shelburne Falls Branch Manager Officer, Harlin Glovacki, on his recent graduation from the New England School for Financial Studies.
NESFS offers a development program designed to provide banking professionals with advanced knowledge in leadership, financial management, lending, operations, and the evolving financial services industry. Graduates complete a rigorous two-year course of study while balancing their day-to-day responsibilities.
Glovacki’s achievement reflects his commitment to professional growth and to the community. Since joining GCB, he has been dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while helping to strengthen relationships throughout the Shelburne Falls community.
“I was glad GCB gave me the opportunity through NESFS to learn about the financial operations of community banks and the kinds of decisions bank leadership is tasked with,” said Glovacki. “It was especially rewarding to be able to interview GCB leadership for my assignments this past year, and to see how these concepts relate to our bank in particular and to the communities we serve. I am glad to bring this perspective to my work with customers at the Shelburne Falls Branch.”
At Greenfield Cooperative Bank, we believe investing in our employees is one of the best ways to serve our customers. Courses like those offered at NESFS ensure our team members have the knowledge and resources needed to guide customers through important financial decisions with confidence.
