Greenfield Cooperative Bank (GCB) is pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of five dedicated and talented individuals on the team. Brandon Lively has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. Brandon’s journey with GCB spans over 25 years, starting as a Teller and progressively advancing through various roles. For many years, he has capably led the bank’s IT initiatives and will now continue to drive technological advancements in his new role as Chief Technology Officer. His deep understanding of GCB’s operations and his forward-thinking approach to technology are invaluable assets to the institution.
Jackie Charron has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer. Joining GCB in 2024, Jackie brought with her over 40 years of extensive experience in the community banking sector. Her significant impact on GCB in her short tenure is evident in this well-earned promotion. Her profound industry knowledge and strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of GCB’s banking operations.
Victor H. Rodriguez Sr. has been promoted to Vice President, Community Engagement Mortgage Officer. Since joining GCB in 2024, Victor has demonstrated an unwavering passion for the community, backed by over 20 years of banking experience. His commitment to fostering strong relationships and his genuine enthusiasm resonate with both customers and staff, making him a natural fit for this role focused on community-centric mortgage solutions.
Matthew Donovan has been promoted to Commercial Lending Officer. Matt joined Greenfield Cooperative Bank in 2023, bringing several years of credit experience. He has excelled as a Senior Credit Analyst and most recently as a Commercial Associate Lender, gaining comprehensive knowledge of commercial lending practices. He now steps into the role of Commercial Lending Officer, poised to make significant contributions to the bank’s commercial lending portfolio.
Ethan McCandless has been promoted to Collections Officer. Ethan has been a valued member of the GCB team since 2020, initially joining as a Residential Loan Closer. Over the past five years, he has broadened his expertise by working within both the Residential and Commercial Lending Departments, most recently as a Credit Analyst. His dedication to learning the intricacies of collections under the guidance of Kevin Bowler has prepared him well for his new responsibilities as Collections Officer.
