Make sure to sign the back of the check and include the wording “For Mobile Deposit Only.” You may notice that some checks have a box you can mark for Mobile Deposit. You may check this box off, but you must also write in “For Mobile Deposit Only” as well. Failure to include this wording will result in your check not being successfully deposited.

Take Clear Photos

Lay the check on a flat, well-lit surface. Hold your phone steady and make sure all four corners are visible. Our Mobile Banking App will guide you through capturing both sides of the check and confirming all information is correct before you submit your request for deposit. Keep in mind, once you make a Mobile Deposit, your check still needs to be reviewed and confirmed by our Operations Department before the funds are made available.
