Q: How does Mobile Check Deposit work?
A: Just open the app, snap a photo of the front and back of your check, and click deposit. Deposits made on a business day before 4pm are typically available the next business day. You’ll receive confirmation right in the app once it goes through. Make sure to endorse the back of the check with your signature and by writing “For Mobile Deposit Only.” Checks over $5,000.00 are not able to be deposited through the mobile app and must be deposited at a branch.
Q: Can I pay bills through the app?
A: Yes! Once you’ve set up your payees, you can pay your credit card bill, electric bill, or other recurring expenses right from your phone. No stamps, no hassle.
Q: How do I know my account is safe?
A: Our app uses secure login options like Face ID and fingerprint recognition, along with multi-factor authentication.
Q: What if I misplace my debit card- can I lock it from the app?
A: If you misplace your card, you can instantly lock it using the app to prevent unauthorized use. If it turns up later, you can just as easily unlock it. No need to call or cancel the card right away. It’s a simple way to keep your account safe while you figure things out.
Q: What kind of alerts can I set up?
A: You can customize alerts to get notified when:
- Your balance drops below a certain amount
- Large transactions are posted
- You receive an Insufficient Funds charge
- A specific check cleared
- There is any activity on your account
These alerts help you stay on top of your finances without checking your account every day.
Q: Can I update my account information through the app?
A: Yes, our Secure Forms feature lets you:
- Replace a lost, damaged, or stolen debit card
- Update your address
- Renew a CD that’s reached its maturity
