Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe Deposit Boxes are available in various sizes at several of our branches including Florence, Northampton, Shelburne Falls, South Hadley, Sunderland, and Turners Falls*. Private and secure areas are provided for customers while they access their boxes. Contact us for availability, sizes, and prices.
*The lessor does not provide insurance coverage for the contents of your safe deposit box. You, the lessee, may at your expense, secure your own insurance.
Coin Counting Machines
These machines are available at the following branches: Amherst, Shelburne Falls, Turners Falls, and 63 Federal Street, Greenfield. The machines are provided at no charge to our customers, with a small fee for non-customer use. Our coin counting machines close 30 mins prior to branch closure.
Community Room
Our Shelburne Falls location features a Community Room, with Free WiFi, available for group meetings at no charge to non-profit, civic, and educational groups. A reservation is required, along with a fully-refundable key and cleaning deposit. Details are available at the Shelburne Falls office.
Notary Public Services
Notary Public services are available to our customers free of charge at all branch locations. Please call ahead to ensure a Notary is available to serve you upon your arrival.
Reorder Checks
To reorder checks for your Greenfield Cooperative Bank accounts, please login to GCB Online Banking navigate to the ‘Services’ menu, located under your Account name, and select ‘Order Checks’. Or give us a call at 877-682-0334 and we will be happy to assist you.
