Harvesting Crops with Just Roots

Our team was so excited to return to Just Roots for another fun day on the farm! It was the perfect afternoon to join our friends in the greenhouse to harvest tomatoes and basil, and help clean and organize garlic for their CSA program.

Perhaps best known as the organization that developed and operates one of the largest SNAP-enrolled, low-income Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm share programs in Massachusetts, Just Roots is a leader in the effort to include and engage all people in the local food economy, and we’re so grateful to have them rooted in our community!
