Annual Report 2024

This year we are celebrating our 119th year as a community bank. I am appreciative of our Board of Directors and the members of our team whose dedication to our culture, our customers, and our community is what allows us to continue growing. In March, we concluded another strong and profitable year and tonight you will hear about that and about our thoughts on the present year. The strength of our financial performance and balance sheet are a result of our commitment to maintaining prudent underwriting standards, investing in high credit quality assets, and practicing sound capital management. We are fortunate to be an independent community bank because it allows us to focus on building relationships one customer at a time. We work with our customers to ensure they have access to the same types of products and services that the big banks offer, while still being able to interact in person with someone who lives in their community. We can make decisions quickly because the decision makers live and work locally. As a local business ourselves, we can only thrive when our customers and our community thrive. We are grateful that so many community members choose us to be their bank and we will always work to be your trusted financial ally. Commitment to the community is, and will always be, a priority for us – giving back through monetary support and the volunteer hours that our staff provide to many local agencies and charities. The 2024 Annual Report follows this letter and will show you details of the successful year just completed. Beyond the financial strength of the bank, you’ll read more about the real strength of GCB - the people that make this the bank what it is. As always… Keep telling your family and friends to come on over to the Co-op! They will be glad you did! AMessage fromour President & CEO To Our Valued Customers Very truly yours, Anthony J.
