Empowering People Through Technology This year, we’re excited to announce the successful integration of CreditSense powered by SavvyMoney. This program empowers our customers to take charge of their financial health by providing free access to credit scores and reports. CreditSense goes beyond simple monitoring; it educates users on the factors impacting their scores and offers personalized suggestions for improvement. This valuable tool not only fosters financial literacy but also strengthens customer relationships by demonstrating our commitment to their long- term success. In a move towards agility and efficiency, we implemented COCC’s iWorkstation platform, virtualizing our IT infrastructure. iWorkstation empowers our workforce with increased flexibility by enabling access to virtual desktops. This not only enhances employee mobility but also streamlines remote work capabilities. We’re pleased to report sustained growth in the number of users actively utilizing both our web and mobile banking platforms . We’ve also received an increase in the total dollar amount transferred through online banking. Interestingly, while traditional bill pay options have seen a decrease in usage, mobile deposits have grown slightly.
