Our local branches are well known for providing unparalleled personalized service and expertise. Most of our incoming calls are handled by the same friendly and skilled employees working in our branches. As the pervasiveness of financial exploitation has increased dramatically in recent years, we are focused on continuing to evolve and strengthen our protection of our customers from becoming victims by sharing fraud prevention news and tips on social media, on our website, in printed materials in our lobbies, and most importantly, in our daily conversations. We are also leveraging technology to ensure we stay ahead of fraudsters, and constantly evolving to keep your information safe. We have been able to provide peace of mind to our customers by offering competitive products covered by both FDIC and DIF insurance. The roll out of our Locally Grown Money Market was prompted by feedback from our customers looking for a rewarding rate while not having to commit to a set term and maturity required with certificates of deposit. Our first annual internal focus group , comprised of young employees from all lines of business, was held to gain more direct insight about the banking needs of the younger generation. By listening to our own staff, we have begun to intensify the strategic conversation about our future products, features, and communications. The most exciting new technology this fiscal year has been the implementation of online eSign for all customer documents, and robust treasury management products for business and government banking customers.
