The United Arc, Inc. (formerly The United ARC of Franklin & Hampshire Counties, Inc.), is a long- standing non-profit organization, established in 1951, that we’re proud to call a customer. Making a Difference Together: The United Arc serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families across Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, andWorcester Counties. Their dedicated team provides essential services that empower individuals and strengthen families within our community. Financial Stability and Growth: The United Arc demonstrates a commitment to responsible financial management. Their funding is primarily secured through state grants, with approximately 90% of revenue received from the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families (DCF). This reliable source of income allows The United Arc to focus on their core mission of supporting individuals with disabilities.
