Investing in Our Team 23 Employees taking CFT Courses 1 Our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning is something we take pride in at Greenfield Cooperative Bank. We are delighted to announce that Ethan McCandless is attending his first year at the esteemed New England School for Financial Studies . Vanessa Russell was a graduate of the school last year. Jane Wolfe, EVP of Residential Lending, successfully completed the inaugural American Bankers Association’s Wharton Leadership Lab . She earned an ABAWharton Executive Leadership Certificate. Adam Baker and Chelsea Depault successfully completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking last year. Jeremy Payson is currently nearing graduation from Stonier. Jenicca Gallagher and Erica Josephson are currently in their second year at Stonier, and are on track to graduate next year. Additionally, Siobhan Tripp successfully completed the ABA Bank Marketing School . Beyond individual achievements, we actively invest in our team’s collective expertise. Our participation in the Center for Financial Training (CFT) programs empowers employees to hone their skills and advance their careers. A remarkable 23 employees have capitalized on these programs over the past year. Recognizing the importance of financial well- being, we are proud to offer student loan paydown programs to employees. Currently, 10 employees are actively participating in this program. 1.
